The Agency Of The Future – WFA Flock and McDonald’s Webinar
On Monday 23rd January, Flock Associates joined Anna Barej from McDonald’s and 80+ marketers as part of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) series of webinars.
Our presentation discussed how McDonald’s built their Agency Of The Future and how Flock had helped to shape it.
We discussed the importance of careful alignment on objectives, defining scope, and meticulous planning. We then discussed the agency remuneration system to drive performance, and the role of the client in helping create the ideal agency regarding P&L, governance, location, HR topics and culture.
We also explained the importance of the role that Marketing Procurement has played. They project managed the process and helped drive internal alignment at McDonald’s.
