At Flock, we believe lasting agency relationships can build great value for an advertiser, but sometimes, a great advertiser-agency relationship breaks down, or the work that the agency delivers isn’t what both sides had hoped for. We think fixing agency relationships is more effective and more efficient than changing agencies. We think it’s better to ‘repair and reboot’ than ‘replace’.

Pitches are a last resort— we always try and help advertisers and their agencies work successfully together but sometimes, advertisers need an agency change and running a great pitch can select the right agency partner, with the best commercial terms, and set the new agency partner up for greatness.

Flock run pitches are different from those run by advertisers or old-school ‘pitch doctors’, because we treat each pitch as unique whilst using tried and trusted Intellectual property.

The Flock Agency Scoping Tool transforms agency scoping and fee analysis from a non-transparent, labour-intensive, inaccurate spreadsheet-based chore into a simple, high-value task that improves the value advertisers receive from their agency fees. It can be used as a central place to secure and manage your end-to-end scope process from consistent SOWs through to commercial analysis.

It can also be used to compare your current agency fees against our Flock Industry Benchmark. You, Flock or your agency(s) simply enter their fees and the tool does the rest. It benchmarks their submission against over $1.8 billion of live negotiated fees. Inside the tool you can benchmark direct labour costs, overheads, mark-up, bonus/malus and over 400 job titles. You can even compare staff mix by seniority, and discipline by geography & scope. At the end, you receive a detailed report itemizing optimization opportunities
